Closure of Nominations’ Application Period for Board Membership

Ooredoo (Q.P.S.C) announces the closure of its nominations applications period for its Board Memberships for the upcoming term of three years, starting in 2024 and ending in 2027 in accordance with stipulations of Article (22) of the Company's Articles of Association, and Article (97) of Qatar Commercial Companies Law No. (11) of 2015 and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority Governance Code for Companies & Legal Entities Listed on the Main Market (QFMA Board Decision No. (5) of 2016).

The nomination period was closed on Thursday, 15th February 2024, at 01:00 PM.
